We are aware of an issue in Christmas Luck Slots that resets the credits to 10,000 when you are playing the game, and then open a new tab or window for Case's Arcade. The game was developed this way; however, we are working on changing how this works. Additionally, our programmers are working on resolving other issues in Christmas Luck Slots regarding credits.

I am having the same issue as well. Progress is not being kept at all. No matter what I do, the score resets to 10000.
same here everytime i come into the room my credits are reset back to 10,000 ive quit playing till this is resolved
This game is so botched up. I just ran my score to 440k then hit "cash out" and refreshed my browser. As soon as I re-entered the room my score was at 432k. So even though I saved my progress by clicking "cash out" it DID NOT save my score. And I have also been having trouble with the "bonus game". At times I am presented with the christmas tree/gifts image but it locks up at that point and will not let you click on any of the boxes. I'm going back to playing Arabian Nights. At least that one is stable...
that is what it showing me too. in the public room..it's saving my credits ..in our league room..it's keeping at the 3,408,155 no matter how long i spin and after cashing out. Technically, I should have more in league room than in public room. Thanks for the reply it now shows i only have 10,000 credits.....lol..in one spin..i lost the 3,408,155..not sure what happened there lol
I'm showing you currently have 6,026,005 in Public Room 1 and 3,408,155 in the LittlePaws room. Let me know if this is still an issue, and if so, which room the problem occurred. Thank you!
lost all credits even tho my last game saved was at 4,027,655..can i get those back?
