Hi everyone,

We know there have been times lately where chat has gone down too often.  We recently completed some changes that seem to be working will which should eliminate most of those issues.  We want you to know this is very important to us and that we have been actively working the problem behind the scenes making adjustments.  It is a balance between chat having high performance so it does not interfere with games good stability so it is always available.
