We discovered a bug in some situations where “quit” or incomplete games were counting towards the user’s total.  So someone might have gotten the 1,000 games played game but they really had only had 950 completed games.   Rather than remove anyone's badges we reset the internal counter, so when the person catches back up to the proper number of games they played it will start awarding the badges again.
