still having the same issue. Sent numerous screenshots, as requested... haven't heard any thing back. Not sure what I'm doing wrong

When you reach the error (or issue) again, simply click 'Help' in the navigation bar and then Contact Support. On this page, you will now see the feature to take a screenshot of your current page - which could help us find the resolution to your issue.
why when I get the bonus picks... afterwards, my score goes back to my last saved high score and I don't get credit for the bonuses?
