We have implemented a Screenshot feature for site issues. Once the error has occurred, click 'Help' and then 'Contact Support'. On your support page, write your message and click 'Add Screenshot'. This will take a screenshot of your current page. Click 'On this tab' to select your screenshot - and submit!

Once we are able to view your screenshot, we can further research this situation.

Not all live games are showing in Gin Rummy.

I have noticed if a player has 0 it wont show which is understandable but we've noticed several times now that a player has a score but it isn't showing that they are playing.
