Well, I did not get an update from Mozilla Firefox and the chat still will not work when I use Firefox, so I will just use Google Chrome for now.

Hi! Yes we have heard that Mozilla FireFox has had an update, and uses who have not yet done this update are receiving chat issues. Once the update is complete - your FireFox should have no issues accessing chat again!

okay the chat was not working when i was using fire fox so I swiched to Google and everything is fine. I don't get it  but chat is working. lol!  Just thought I would let you know.

my chat is still not working in 4 card bingo room I tried refreshing it but nothing. I am using firefox. Can someone please help me.

PROBLEM SOLVED.  IT TURNS OUT WE WERE RUNNING FIREFOX AS OUR WEB BROWSER AND THEY SENT OUT A RECENT "UPDATE" THAT CAUSED THE ISSUE.  AFTER SWITCHING BROWSERS CHAT IS WORKING PROPERLY AGAIN.  THANKS!

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you. Our games and chat are HTML5 and run within your browser. You may need to clear your cache and cookies - which may assist in a smoother gameplay and chat experience! Sometimes these add up over time and need to  be cleared out.

THREE MEMBERS OF OUR LEAGUE ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE...CHAT WONT SCROLL...CANT SEE IF MESSAGES SENT ARE BEING POSTED....CANT SEE ANY NEW MESSAGES COMING IN...THIS IS OCCURRING IN OUR LEAGUE'S ARCADE BOWLING ROOM.  WE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THE CHATBOX GOING TOTALLY WHITE AND A "FIX" HAS BEEN PROGRAMMED INTO ARCADE BOWLING THAT ALLOWS CHAT TO BE "RELOADED"...BUT NOW CHAT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.  HOPEFULLY THIS CAN BE FIXED SOON.  WE CANT RUN TOURS UNTIL ITS FIXED...
