Please take a screenshot of a completed game so our staff can research this properly. Once the error has occurs, click 'Help' and then 'Contact Support'. On your support page, write your message and click 'Add Screenshot'. This will take a screenshot of your current page. Click 'On this tab' to select your screenshot - and submit! Once we are able to view your screenshot, we can further research this situation.
