Case
If the chat area is missing, this seems to be caused by a stale or corrupted browser cookie. You can clear your cookies for Case's Arcade by completing the following steps in Chrome:
1. Click the lock icon next to the Web address in your browser window.
2. Click "Cookies"
3. Click the Remove button
If you're using a different browser, the steps should be similar in most other browsers, but you can post here if the problem persists or if you encounter a problem when deleting the cookies, and we'll be happy to help you further.
