Hi all,
We have added an official support tool. Under the "Help" menu you will see an option "Contact Support." This will let you submit issues to us, include screenshots, etc. As the site grows we will be directing more issues to use this system so we can help people in order.
We will also be adding articles to a support database so that you will be able to try to solve your own issues.
