It is coming up next after the fixes to the issues in Bingo we are working on.  Bingo uses a lot of the timer stuff so by improving some of it there we can re-use that for Bowling.  Hopefully we can create a system where the TD/Admin can start the timer to start the round and get everyone launched at the same time.
