I've done everything You'd suggested, and Christmas Gift Merge doesn't work still

The problem is in your software EDGE has the newest update and was totally redone. It works on all of the other games I play on. The only one that it doesn't work on is this one.
IT also doesn't work in Chrome, and I WILL NO USE FIREFOX on this WINDOWS 10 PRO system. I would like to think that when programmers are testing the software that they aren't using equipment attached to the server that has the software on it. Go out in the wild and access the server and then test the game. I will say that the program was running correctly until you did that latest update to the system
