bowling pins not falling down

Hi case,
these pins are terrible they don't all fall down 10 pin stands up and a lot of people are complaining about them if you don't sort it out soon I may cancel my membership

I already cancelled mine jani. Hopefully they remember why everyone is leaving pogo. Making things worse will cause people to leave
