Players losing credits in Halloween slots being booted during the game

This seems to be happening more often and to more players and is very frustrating to everyone, is this something you are working on fixing?

yes, I froze last night Nov 10 . I lost 30k +score was up to  30,714,975
To day Nov. 11   score was 214,250  Thats' a huge loss of scores difference  of 30,500,725.  My game froze last night.  I couldn't cash out.  MVP carolseeb2  TD in Bowl of Fun.
