WELL... this is a NEW chat issue

I am an admin on Babycritters I went to join a couple of tours this morning, went to the room and chat was not only not loading I was greeted with a BIG  "authorized use only" an an error code of 401.  did the arcade forget to pay the vendor that runs the coding for chat????
