pics loading sideways. how to fix please?

We don't rotate pictures upon uploading - so it sounds like your picture is currently set sideways from how you have it saved. You should be able to open it in a picture program (such as paint, or photopshop, or GIMP) - and click the 'rotate' until you have it at the proper angle.
