Feature Request - Buzzing/Alerting/Messaging Player

Can we have a feature added that would allow the moderator to buzz/message a player in their league room?

I previously suggested private messaging but some said they didn't like that.

This would allow the mod to have the sole discretion to message the player without having to track them down on email, Facebook, phone, or some various outside messenger.
