Entering / Leaving Room Message

Why does this come up for certain people but not others?

"It is not allowed to send error messages to the room. The participant (NAMEHERE) has sent an error message (service-unavailable) and got kicked from the room".

Also, could a timestamp be added to when people join/leave the room?

Thanks!

Re: Entering / Leaving Room Message

That message appears when someone's connection is disrupted.  Someone leaving the room in a normal fashion will not generate that error.  This can happen if someone's Internet connection has problems, their power goes out, they close their laptop without logging out, etc.

I will investigate if we can add a timestamp to the user joins/leaves.

Thanks,
