Chat loading slow - Update deployed!

Hi all,

We have received some reports today about chat loading slowly in some games. We have identified the cause of this issue and deployed some updates this evening to hopefully address the problem. Unfortunately since it is past the peak number of players for the day we can't be 100% sure if we have completely solved the problem, but rest assured we will continue to make this a priority.

Hi Ron,

Can you elaborate on "chat not being available?"  Is it just loading slowly or are you getting an error message.

No error message... and not loading at all...in any room/game.
