cant see others chat in chat

Hiya Case
I`m in bowling with a friend he cant see nothing I`m saying in chat he checked doesnt have me muted how can we fixed this please?

Just in case anyone else has this problem, I spoke with them and reloading fixed it.  But we are keeping our eyes open if this is an issue for others!

i have a player that has the same problem, she cant see no one and noone cant see her. can this be solved?
