G'day, Cases Arcade Admin:
After being absent and unable to play the game of Hero Rescue for almost 2 weeks,
I had noticed that any additional points that I had scored would not be added to my current score;
in other words: I had to start over at zero points.
This is some sort of 'points reset' and is disappointing,
as it has still not been fixed after 3 requests to do so.
What is a bit strange is that when you 'crash-out' or lose,
the loss is added to your total number of games played
and you don't have to start-over at zero in that stat or category.
Each loss is also calculated against your current average and this has not been 'reset' back to zero as the points have been.
What is puzzling is:
why the additional or new points could not be added
to the original points that I had accumulated?
Is it truely an intentional reset or is there something wrong with this game?
Can the programmers sincerely look into this and fix the problem
and program it so that any additional points can be added to the points/score that a player had already accumulated, which is the way it had been ever since the game was created.

an enjoyable place to meet and compete with many so wonderful people.
