walking death slots

why when I get the bonus picks... afterwards, my score goes back to my last saved high score and I don't get credit for the bonuses?

We apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing you. If you experience this issue again, please use the new Screen Shot feature and send us an image of what occurs.

When you reach the error (or issue) again, simply click 'Help' in the navigation bar and then Contact Support. On this page, you will now see the feature to take a screenshot of your current page - which could help us find the resolution to your issue.

still having the same issue. Sent numerous screenshots, as requested... haven't heard any thing back. Not sure what I'm doing wrong
