bowling - freezing

during  our tours a few players say they are freezing, I have looked at the lives starts and it says quit

is it the league room freezing, because of chat, emjoi's or are they stopping their game and restarting because they don't like their scores?

If someone freezes and comes back and starts a game, it can still show as "quit."  The system can't identify why they restarted, just that they did.   We are working at resolving freezing issues and hopefully getting better reporting on games that get stuck.

MEMBERS IN THUNDER LEAGUE RUNNING UNDER WINDOWS 0 ARE FREEZING WHEN THE POWER BAR STARTS  UP. THIS THROWS THEM INTO A TIZZY BECAUSE THE PROGEMA ISN'T WORKING CORRECTLY. I DON'T THINK IT SHOULD BE DOING THAT WHAT-SO-EVER.
