Why can't we get answers as to why we didn't get August badges?

The Give It A Go Badge is awarded to a player for trying one's hand at the game, so you will need to play more than one game for this badge to be awarded.
Could you please let us know the details of the Bingo game you played when you said "BINGO keeps getting "snapped"?
