madchrisw's name is not showing on the screen and his chat doesn't show either

Now, that you have what the problem, He is running Edge on her Windows 10 system It doesn't matter if he's in our room or another room or it still doesn't show in any room. His chat is AWOL the screen is White the chat box isn't turned off either.
