Bubble Shooter Game

Attention Cases
When playing bubble shooter my games are not registering at all.  I am a MVP and I am about to cancel my subscription.  I have sent you guys two messages so far and nothing has been done.  Please fix my game for I can get my badge.  The sooner the better.  PCOLE78   Penny Coleman  Thank You

After researching your account, we see that you have not submitted any Support Requests within the last 21 days. Can you please send in a screenshot of the situation you are experiencing to our staff, and we will be happy to assist you!

We have implemented a Screenshot feature for site issues such as this. Once the error has occurs, click 'Help' and then 'Contact Support'. On your support page, write your message and click 'Add Screenshot'. This will take a screenshot of your current page. Click 'On this tab' to select your screenshot - and submit! Once we are able to view your screenshot, we can further research this situation.
