madchrisw has NO CHAT marked out and the Chat isn't on screen

I had him go to site settings and his chat is not marked to remove, but the chat screen is completely missing. A little bit of help would be appreciated.

Is this still happening for them?  We were doing some upgrades on chat this morning I am wondering if they might have caught us in the middle of changes.   I was able to get into chat using their account just fine.   Please let us know!

It's still not there as of my asking his wife this morning.

Any idea what browser he is running?   Or if he can try another one?  I'm sure it is related to the chat upgrade we did but it is very strange why he would not be able to get into chat when everyone else is.   I did test as his account and got right in so I am thinking it is something unique about his computer situation.
